Dr. Elster works with a variety of clientele including blended families and court-ordered mediation.
Dr. Patrice Elster is a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, in private practice with Psychological Wellness. Her background includes diverse settings and populations. She has served as a Crisis Telephone Counselor at the Los Angeles Suicide Prevention Center, at the Veteran’s Administration Outpatient Clinic in downtown Los Angeles, the Marion Davies’ Children’s Clinic at UCLA, South Bay Adult School, and as a supervisor at the Airport Marina Counseling Service.
Dr. Elster is on the list of preferred providers for most insurance groups.
